The “Black Swan” marketing team did some extraordinary work in the way of movie posters for the film. London-based design company La Boca created four beautifully striking images, art deco in style.

Though not as abstract, the American posters leading up to the film’s release were also excellent by industry standards.

Critics and viewers have been very divided on this movie. I was oddly in the middle. I vacillated, at times feeling much engaged in the dramatic fury of the dance, and at other moments – the over-the-top, nearly comical scenes between Natalie Portman’s Nina and her mother – I was totally detached. Despite these ups and downs, however, the last 10 minutes of the film were nothing short of spellbinding.
But that’s neither here nor there!! I’m no Manohla Dargis! I just loved the look of these posters. I mean, have you seen my professional website??! “Black Swan” vibes ALL THE WAY.
